Senior Executive DEI Think Tank is a fee-based membership organization with approximately 10 to 100 members. As a fully remote organization, members are dispersed throughout the globe.
Senior Executive DEI Think Tank offers exclusive publishing privileges to its members. These privileges include featured mentions in DEI-related articles and the chance to work with skilled editors as they share their insights and ideas via Expert Panels and bylined articles.

To qualify for Senior Executive DEI Think Tank, you must be a Chief Diversity Officer or senior-level DEI leader at a company based in the U.S. with at least 1,000 full-time employees and have spent at least 3 years in a DEI leadership role.
To be considered for Senior Executive DEI Think Tank, qualified candidates must either apply for consideration or be referred by existing members. Meeting the minimum requirements alone does not guarantee an invitation to join the organization. Qualified applicants will be screened by a selection committee. If approved, applicants will receive an invitation to join DEI Think Tank.
