About Association for Women in Computing

The Association for Women in Computing is a membership community for women in technology and computing. It is the first professional organization dedicated to promoting the advancement of women in the computing professions. 

The Association for Women in Computing is a fee-based membership organization that is fully remote, with chapters dispersed nationwide and independent members worldwide.

The Association for Women in Computing offers members a host of benefits. These privileges include access to career-building, networking, mentorship programs, and increased visibility in the community. 

This organization offers networking opportunities via local volunteer opportunities, training workshops, and annual events to stay connected with the community.

In order to be considered for the Association for Women in Computing, candidates must either apply for consideration or be referred by existing members.

An annual fee in the range of $100 to $1,000 will be due at the time of joining the organization and billed annually for continued access.
